Our Story

The Belgian Waffle Tuk launched in 2016, as the UK’s first mobile Belgian Waffle tuktuk.

We took a huge leap of faith and quit our jobs in our order to pursue our passions of cooking and providing the best in street food. We purchased an old Piaggio Ape all the way from India and set on converting this into a Waffle van.

With already having worked in the wedding catering industry for a number of years, we identified a gap in the market for a street food truck that would add character to any event. A food truck not only adds a unique edge to a wedding, but is a fantastic way to get guests mingling and have them be a part of your special day.

After successfully having our Waffle Tuk for 3 years, we decided to branch out into different types of events by creating ‘Chicken Little’. Trading with our Chicken Tuk gave us the ability to expand our demographic, target a range of different events and experience another side of the event’s industry.

Since launching we have attended everything from Food Festivals to film sets, corporate events to celebrity weddings. Nothing is ever out of reach for us!

Corporate Events - We are able to cater to any corporate company event. From staff treat days to Christmas parties, our incredible Belgian waffles and crispy chicken are guaranteed to be the talking point between all of your guests.

Weddings - No matter the size of your wedding, make it more memorable for both you and your loved ones through our quirky and casual street food trucks.

Special Events - Allow our food to be the showstopper at your event, whether it be a birthday party or Christmas extravaganza.
